3. Can I return or exchange my purchase?

We provide detailed information for each saree on our website. If you have any further questions or need assistance, our customer support team is always ready to help.

6. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the cancellation is subject to our order processing and fulfillment status. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

7. Do you ship internationally?

No, we don't offer international shipping as of now. 

8. Do you offer customization services?

Currently, we do not offer customization services. However, we regularly update our collection with a wide range of designs and styles to cater to different preferences and occasions.

9. How should I care for my sarees?

Caring for your sarees properly is essential to maintain their beauty and longevity. Here are some tips:

  • Always follow the care instructions provided by the manufacturer.
  • Hand wash your sarees using a mild detergent in cold water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach.
  • Gently squeeze out excess water and avoid wringing or twisting the fabric.
  • Hang your sarees to dry in a shaded area to prevent color fading.
  • Iron your sarees on a low heat setting, preferably using a cotton cloth between the iron and the fabric to avoid direct contact.
  • Store your sarees in a cool, dry place, preferably wrapped in a muslin cloth to protect them from dust and moisture.

 

10. What should i do in case i receive a damaged product?

Damaged Products: Our team carries out rigorous quality checks before shipping out the products to our customers. However, damages caused in transit after the product has been shipped is beyond our control. If you receive damaged product in your order, we will replace it with another piece of the same or similar kind based on our stocks. Kindly email us at support@trendylivecolors.com to inform us about the damage along with its picture within 48 hours from the time you receive your order and we will explain you the next steps. We will not entertain any information about damage received after 48 hours from the time you received your order.
